Booking deposit policy :
At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit or pay in full is due for all services to secure your date and time via CASH,Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash APP: $johnmealy The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot. Checks are not accepted. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.
late policy:
If you are late to your session, there is a possibility you will be asked to reschedule or that your time may be cut short.
If scheduling does allow us to proceed with your session penalties do apply as follows:
10 minutes late: $15.00
20 minutes late: $30.00
30 minutes late: $45.00
40 minutes late: $60.00
50 minutes late: $75.00
Anything over 1 hour late will result in a cancellation and no refund will be granted.
cancellation policy:
If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If John Visions cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event John Visions fails for any other reason, John Visions shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all moneys paid.
Photo turn around time:
Once the photo session is completed, I will need the clients email to send all of the photos from your photo shoot. A google link will be sent to your phone/email at the end of your session with all the JPEG photos from your photo shoot.
All JPEG photos will be watermarked.
After you've sent the selected photos you requested edited, you will have 48 hours "2 days" to download on to your device the remaining JPEG photos before the photos will be removed from my google drive.
Turnaround time for FINAL EDITS will be sent no later than 2 weeks. A rush fee can be paid to have photos received at a quicker rate. That fee will be determined based on demand but not promised. All edits are final. No modifications will be made that were not previously discussed.
Once edits are complete, photos will be sent to the client’s email with the selected edits that were requested. You will have 48 hours (two days) to download final edits to your device before they are removed from my google drive.
There are NO REFUNDS on completed images.
expectations:
All HAIR and MAKEUP must be done prior to the photoshoot start time.
For all location photoshoot projects, a traveling fee will be accessed if the location is more then 10 miles from my location.
John Vision is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking.
Clients are to come READY TO BE PHOTOGRAPH. (you may get dressed at studio)
A look is defined as an outfit, concept/theme or changes that makes a photo appear significantly different from one to another.
There is no set number of poses, just the allowed time until all involved parties are satisfied.
An edit is defined as changes or improvements made to the photo of the following: skin correction, body adjustments, eyes, hair, background, etc.
Failure to abide to these rules will result in termination of the photoshoot. You will be subject to initiate another booking if you fail to reschedule within scheduled time bracket. By proceeding with this message, you agree to all terms and conditions. Results may vary.
